Can the oral cancer caused by HPV be transferred to the partner via heavy kissing, especially if the partner has not had the HPV vaccine or if the female partner is 35 or over?

Nobody cares enough about women to want to make the HPV vaccinne mandatory in each state. But oh, just wait till the MEN get affected by it. Then we just drop everything and demand federal bills to mandate HPV vaccines. Misogynist pigs.
