when i have herpes and i urinate i find it really stings
the docter said to pee in the shower but i found that a hastle, i now have a bottle of cold water in the bathroom so when i pee i pour the water at the same time it fully stops the stinging without any hastles.

Urinating was extremely painful for me too... very traumatizing. I actually would grab a small cup and bring it with me at all times. I would pee in it so that the urine wouldn't spread to the opened blisters... such a hastle, but it really worked and sped up the healing process. FYI I'm a female
