When I first signed up with this site...i just had a question about the virus....Now, 2 years later i have been diagonsed with HSV-2(diagnosed 3 months ago....when i first found out,i was DEVESTATED!!!how could this happend to me....I go to get my paps like i'm suppose to...thats why i wasn't worried because...i was tested for all STD's(bloodwrk and all) and they always came back negative.......And like always,i went to hav a pap...and that's when i fond out....
i have a boyfreind whom i've been with for two years and neiether of us had any outbreak...until recently.....so my doc put me on Valtrex....and to me it dosen't seem to take it away(the outbreaks...slowly...but surely) i seem to get them on my butt.....my guy jus was tested too...and he is postive for HSV-2...and his outbreak are on his butt too.....how is Valtrex working for you???i take 500mg....i love my man and we are dealing with this situation....and what foods should i avoid....i love to drink....but could alchol have a reason for outbreaks....i jus want to do the right thing...and know what works for yalll....cause i'm ALL EARS!!!!thanks
if you just started to take it it will take a little time to work but for me it worked in the past i just recently got back on the generic kind and so i will see if it works im sure it will but it dont just go away for night or even a week when i first got on valtrex it took a week to 2 weeks give it a couple weeks if that dont work then tell your dr and they will put you on the 1000mg.

Hey Darling...Thanks!!!cuz to me a OB seems to last a lil to LONG.....i just would think if i'm taking it EVERYDAY it should dry up....this whole situation is FRUSTRATING...i guess i'm looking for a quick fix.....thanks
