So my first outbreak went away much faster than I expected. When I went to the doctor's around the 25th, the doc announced I was 'about 60% recovered' and then, 2 days later, it had all cleared up. Since then, it's been goin well. I know I should expect another outbreak within this year and ...

i might have herpes and i'm unsure i go to the dr on friday.but i've been wondering and thinking how am i going to deal with this. since i been reading on this infection it has brought me a total different awareness about myself and my body. i have some bumps on my inner thighes and i'm scared! but your post gave me hope that i can deal w/ this thang if it's what i have..........keep ya head up girl!!!!

That was the most positive post Ive seen in a while, Im glad its been so manageable for you. I was visually diagnosed in Taiwan for having GH a few days ago, and honestly I got to say I am not taking it quite as well as you -- its been one of the worst times of my life. But reading this post has been inspirational. Im still in kind of a denial phase cause after 10 days, my IGG and IGM blood test came back neg, even though I was visually diagnosed. But yeah, Im glad to hear that it can be manageable. I did end up telling my asian parents that we all love to hate by the way, and they seemed to take it OK, so it might not be that bad to let them in on it btw. Best wishes, take care.
