Do I have Genital Herpies??

about 3 days ago i noticed my vagina was itching really bad. i didnt really think it was anything serious until i looked in a mirror. and i noticed 3 little bump on the inside of my two lips on my vagina. and around my anus there are litte rashes. i have know this guy for about 7 months and about 3 months ago we had sex. he was the first and only person i have been sexually active wiht. we have made out many time even 7 months ago and i have never noticed bumps or anything on my mouth and reciently he gave me oral and now i have these bumps on my vagina and my vagina is itching.... but im confused thought because i was rescarching and it could be herpies but i never got it on my mouth and now its appering on my vagina.

i dont want my mom to know. she would be mad at me. i want to go get it checked out. but i have no other family or friends. and im only 14 so i cant go by myself.. or can i?
