How will I really know when this outbreak is over? It's been almost 2 weeks, and I have no more pain, but I am experiencing some itching, which makes me wonder if I am immediately going to have another outbreak or if this is normal.

I have had H since Feb. My first outbreak lasted for around 4 weeks with lots of pain. I thought it would never end. Once everything healed it eased my mind. I started taking multi-vitamins and havent had an out break since. I do itch from time to time. I recommend starting multi-vitamins as soon as possible. I know it seems like it will never end, I felt the same way. It will end though. The first breakout they say is the absolute worst. Hang in there and keep your chin up. Big Smile
