I understand completely so does a million others who read what you posted because 1 out of 5 have herpes. Basically it is not your problem if HE can not get anyone else if HE does not care about you...Right. Besides he can get someone else if he wanted to if he stays with you because he cares hang in there it will get better, if he hangs to use you well it depends if you want to be used or not again up to you right. Don't invest emotions into someone who does not care about your happiness it is not worth it believe me I know, make that their problem not yours. If your happy with them not caring stay if not leave again all up to you but it has zip to do with herpes same problem if you had it or not. Your no less because you have it and those that think that well that is their problem not yours follow me. It is wheither or not your a caring, sharing real person that counts in my book and it counts that way with others. Let's say if it matters about herpes well I would leave because the priority is not right ok. Take care and help someone here that needs your support sounds like you have alot to give.

I totally agree with marlalovestoshop. There are plenty of good, understanding people out there. The others aren't worth the weight they carry. In this day and age, being closed minded is about the most ignorant thing a person can be. This virus does not and cannot change who we were before we contracted it. Don't stay in a relationship that you are not happy in because you might be thinking nobody else may want you. That is just not true. Since I was diagnosed, my feelings for my current boyfriend have changed drastically. I am contemplating ending it so I can move on with my life and learn to live with the virus. We can all be of great support to one another. We can all learn to live with this. We have been dealt a nasty blow, but, there could be worse things. This is not a terminal disease. We still have alot of life ahead of us. Please contact me through my profile if you need someone to talk to. I know I do. That's why I am on this site.
