I'm sorry you feel this way because I feel most of the postings written by experts and others are designed to give factual information and to supplement this with tips and advice about making the best from situations you might find yourself in. This last sharepost, for example, says there is no reason why you shouldn't live life to the full. This isn't meant to 'bring you down', it's there to give a boost!

I wish I stop receiving all this post that don't teach me anything new, but only put me down even more. I signed up for this newsletters to get some support and an advice, not to read all the time the same thing, that there's no cure, it's stays in your body forever, you can transsmit it at any time and there's nothing you can do about it... ha.. ha..ha
