Do I have herpes?

This girl I hooked up with just told me she might have herpes. We didn't have sexual intercourse nor was I anywhere in the region of where she was infected but she gave me oral sex and lately I have had the symptoms of herpes (3 red bumps on the shaft and a stinging sensation the first 1-2 seconds I started to urinate) and was just wondering if I have it now? She said it's only vaginal but if she gave that guy oral sex that'd mean she has it both orally and vaginaly correct? I'm going in to get tested but like to post anyways.
