im just curious as to why they can genetically inactivate hsv2 so they can make a vaccine to use on animals for testing. why cant they use the same process for making said vaccine and inactivate hsv2 in people... just curious?
Hi! I read that you were trying colloidal silver. Hows that working? Does it actually Kill the virus in your body? or does it just end outbreaks? Have you heard of people taking it who have retested negative for herpes? I hope that this has worked for you & I hope to hear from you soon.

check my advice sharepost. I talk about colloidal silver in it. I haven't gotten my stock of it yet. but i will this week most likely. I'm not sure if it will kill the virus though. I don't think there has been a study on that, hopefully someone will do that sometime soon. I actually went to my doctor today for my follow up to my diagnoses for any questions I might have. I think that the reason there has been no cure to this is that the virus itself lives in our nervous system and i think that if any medicine attacked it, we would be attacking our nervous system and possibly damaging it. I'm not sure if thats the actually reason but it makes sense to me. Another tip i can give is acupuncture. again not sure if it will positively help but nothings predictable with this virus and anythings worth a shot to me.

I just purchased it at the health food store. I only had to apply it directly on the lesion a few times a day for about two days. I am going for my anuual soon and I am going to have him retest me for herpes. Curious to see how it goes. Once again I am under a lot of stress for the second time since using Colodial Silver and so far have not had another break out.

Just thought I would update my situation, I have been taking coloidal silver for 1 month. I got a spray and a bottle of it whick I take orally. Initially I sprayed it onto the lesion every morning and evening and it did seem to heal quicker although I may be imagining it! I have been taking it orally every morning for 4 weeks and have had one tiny lesion that went in about 2 days and was bairly visible. I was getting bad lesions every 2-4 weeks so this is a definite improvement. Like everyone I was desperate and when I heard about c.s was hopeful but sceptical, I will keep updating in the next few months I don't want to build up my hope but it does seem to be working.

don't take valtrex, it will suppress(drive) the drug deeper into your system. Collodial silver mixed with neem extract and wheat grass works alot more effectivly when combine together. Try a body detox and a blood cleanser, then eat nothing but living foods (fruit & vegtables) for a few months. Why would it take a longer time to heal it because what your eating is man made food, and it is feeding parisite that releasis the bateria back in your body.

Im sorry to say who ever thinks Colloidal silver works on viruses should actually look up the research on silver. It is a anti-bacterial and disinfectent not a Anti-viral. I strongly agree with you people that many drug companies rather elaborate drugs to treat herpes instead of curing it, Its like this new vaccine for people who want to avoid getting hIV as the same with the TB SHOT.
