i recently had an "outbreak", at first i did think it was a yeast infection, however i did develop pimple like blisters. so immediately i did go to the doctor and just found out i am tested for herpes! i am already stressed out then come to find out this.. i am married for three years now. i told my husband right away and he got tested and came back negative!!!!!!!! i just dont understand. i have not been outside my marriage. and what complicates it all is that i did cheat on my husband before we were married and now he swears i am cheating...also occassionally my husband does complain of sores around the mouth and some irritation on his penis after sexual intercourse. could he have had it all this time and not know. and if so why is he testing negative??could i have had it all this time?? i am truly in despair. immediately he calls me dirty.. so many possibilities of how this couldve happened.
My fiance did research and found out everything for him self then we looked some stuff up together. You both can do the same. I found out that if you have been receaving oral sex with someone that has herpes simplex 1(herpes on the mouth) you can contract it that way as well. However, herpes dormant for a long time, there are people that go years not knowing until their first outbreak. So it could be an ex from a previous relationship years ago. My advise do some research good luck!!
