I'm a mother of 5 children, have been raising my kids alone. I loving sacrificed my time to make sure they had all that was needed. then just over a year ago I met someone whom I thought I could spend the rest of my days with. Last month my doctor informed me I had genital herpes. This person left a year ago, and this is what he left me with. I've decided that my life is just beginning, a new chapter (so to speak), I have alot to contribute and this desease won't stop me from living every day to the fullest. One good thing is this will weed out the undesirables.

Cali, prolly the sugar/starch. Corn syrup is supposed to be a big trigger... I think jellybeans have a lot of corn syrup in them.
For me? It's nuts. Almonds, peanuts... any kinda nuts. And chocolate. I *love* Ben & Jerry's New York Chunky Fudge Ice Cream. Oh go figure lol.
It's okay though. When I want something that breaks me out, I just take 1,000 to 1500mg of Lysine before I eat it and it keeps it at bay. Yay!!
