I tested positive for HSV! and my boyfriend has HSV2. We use
to have unprotected sex but have since stopped. What are the risk for me to get HSV2 if he performs orally on me? Is there a risk if I preform on him? Does the fact that I have 1 and him 2 give us a barrier of protection from cross infecting each other? One more question is it a good idea for us to continue to use protection when having anal sex?

Yes you can give it to him, that is how i contracted HSV1. My boyfriend had HSV1 and from him giving me oral sex, i got the same thing but genital herpes HSV1. So your safest best is to not perform on your boyfriend.
