I have not had sex in 3 and a 1/2 months nor have I had unprotected sex in my life. However, I had noticed a few white dots under the tip of my penis, then there's a little like line/scratch above them. Occasionally it hurts, but not terribly. Sometimes I think it's just getting to my head and I'm over reacting about the whole situation. But if any one can help me, I can take a picture of it, and show you. thanks.

I have 3 basically on each side below the tip of the penis for a total of six. Mine never itch or scratch or have ever changed in size. I always assumed they were from some tool from circumcission. Don't know what else it would be from.
