I’m seventeen, very conservative. I’m a virgin. So…no sex involved here. And this is so, so embarrassing for me. I’ve noticed red, itchy areas around the outside of my vagina. I don’t shave there. The first thing I could think of was that it’s scabies; they’re not raised off my skin like a pimple, though they’re a little dry. Thing is, I think I’ve had them for awhile and may have ignored them throughout the years when they weren‘t bothering me. When I was little---around seven--- I had a sleep over with my best friend and she touched me. There was skin-to-skin contact. I’m not sure if Herpes is anything like Scabies…omygod. If it is, I’d really like to know. Though I don’t think Herpes is as…inconspicuous as this? I’ve never told my parents about this because I guess I was scared at the time. And through the years, this itch hasn’t been anything I couldn’t pass off as just a little skin irritation. Even now they aren’t unbearable, neither do they constantly itch, but they are visible. I’m just a little wierded out by how many years have passed. Could Scabies mites live that long, without actually spreading to any other family member? I there’s an herbal remedy out there that will positively work, I’d like to get ahold of that info. I know I should probably get this checked out, so please don’t stress that as much in your answer! I’m looking for some alternatives here.
