Careful, An infected mother can pass the virus to her baby during or after childbirth.  But only Direct skin-to-skin contact can spread herpes. This includes touching, kissing, and sexual contact (vaginal, anal, and oral). Moist areas of the mouth, throat, anus, vulva, vagina, and the eyes are very easily infected. Skin can be infected if it is cut, chafed, burned, or has a rash or other sores.

I just met agirl who has recently found out she has HSV2. I like her a bunch and we are discussing our relationship as far as sex and i am scared but willing to risk contracting this stuff cause I like her that much. Please ladies, dont feel dirty or nasty like your damaged goods. I have heard this too many times and it is not the end of the world! Nor is it true. Men are the ones who will most likely give it to you knowing they have it just so they can get some from you. Well, that is wrong to do to someone and not your fault. If the statistics i have read are true it wont be long before most of the population has this stuff anyhow. i wish you the best of luck in your lives and hope they find a cure soon. My thoughts are there is a cure currently however, not enough people have it yet for it to be profitable anough to release a vaccine. Keep your heads up!
