I have an out break after not having one for about 4 or 5 months. It just sucks. Some support would be helpful.

That's how mine usually are. I seem to have them like... one in the winter and one in the summer. They suck less every time though. for me at least. i feel ur pain. =/
I agree it does suck makes you so tired I am sorry I just had one as well makes you depressed I know. We must survive and not let this drag us down however and remember it will go away someday someone will cure it I know.
