i havent had sex in over a year...but the perosn i did have sex with i didnt know at all..and know i am haveing this weird feeling in my groin area...and there are some dry red patchs on my penis.....can anyone help me ...i am really scared...i dont know what to do..please if anyone can help please do

i am female, so not an expert at the male body, but i have heard with males that the herpes sores for a man are usually located at the top of the shaft of the penis right under the head.
