Dear friends. I have a rather mild case. I do get outbreaks every few months. I just tried this Sepreh Soap that I ordered from www.seprehsoap.com It feels so great. I swear that it shortened my outbreak and soothed the itching. I actually use it on my whole body, check out the ingredients. It is a very high class soap. I hope that people find this useful.
