I recently found out that about 1 year prior to our relationship starting my fiancee' had sex with a partner that later revealed to her that he had herpes. My fiancee' said she used a condom during sex with him, and that she has shown no signs of herpes (she says she got tested for it, but info I've read says that only way to be 100% sure is to test an open sore).
My questions:
1. what is the likelihood my fiancee' actually has the disease and that I could contract herpes from her (we have been very sexually active);
2. did she have an obligation to reveal this past to me (even though she thinks she is not infected), so I could make an informed choice?
