HSV2 and myself

My wife got hsv2 through being unfaithful while I am in Iraq, however, I am thinking about staying with her in spite of it all. What should I expect with it and is oral sex or kissing her inner thigh/pube area possible without transmitting to mouth? I go home in about 2 weeks.

uh hi i am lashay....i found out in feb. and since then i have read many books... most say to just use "dental dams" for oral sex , but kissing her thighs and stuff is fine as long as she has no outbreak....make sure you use condoms...well as much as possible or ask her to take meds to help prevent the spreading it helps a lot...i hope this was helpful....

My husband had genital herpes when we met and I eventually got it from him. We were careless and had sex during an outbreak about 5 years after we met. We were married for 18 years, 15 of which we both had genital herpes. We never used condoms and had a whole lot of oral sex never using dental dams and neither of us ever got it on our mouths. Use caution when she is having an outbreak, possibly use drugs to stop the outbreaks if they are frequent, be smart but have fun and don't worry too much.
