I was diagnosed with genitle HSV in December of 2008. So far i've only gotten an outbreak twice each year and at almost exactly the same time of year. confused

I have never had any outbreak, but was recently told that antibodies of hsv2 were found in a blood test. I was told that this means that i had hsv2 at some time in my life. Does this mean that i have herpes?
