in despair

sharp pains

Tonight I had sex. When we tried to do it a second time, I got this sharp pain up inside my vagina almost towards my butt. Then, the sharp pain started in my lower abdomen right about where my ovaries would be. Now, I keep getting shots of the pain about every 30 seconds between my anus and tailbone...what the heck is this? is it serious?
