I have the virus for at least 4 to 5 years, I have been to the Doctor but by the time I went to there the bumps had already healed. I am so ashame and scare to tell my partner, she is not affected because I use protection when there is outbreak. scared and alone

i was diagnosed today with genital herpes and i am not sure what to do. i have all these thoughts going through my head and i feel alone. nobody want to be around me because they are afraid they will catch it!!!! what can i do?
