Is it herpes or ... ?

lately ive been having a milky white discharge and my vagina has been itching and burning sensation.(in the outer lips and inner) i dnt understand whats going on. it feels as though my vagina is peeling i really don't know.what do you think?

do i have genital herpes???

I am 16 years old. i dont live with my mom, i live with my boyfriend and his parents... i never noticed until i looked in a mirror that i have little bumps on the inside of the lips of my vagina.
