Transmission by giving oral sex and kissing when I have genital herpes

Tested negative for HSV-1 & HSV-2, but...

I got tested for Herpes in November 2007.  My last sexual experience was in July 2007.  My Herpes test (IgM) HSv came back positive, but when I was test for HSV-1 & HSV-2, my results were negative.  I haven't had any symptoms of Herpes.  Do I have Herpes?
