Starting anew!

Agoraphobia, panic attacks...

Though the support group that I used to run on occasion, I had guest speakers. One was a person who had two battles with agoraphobia, where they could not leave their home. What about my back?

From what I have read RA doesn't really affect your spine and back all that much. However, for the longest time, even before I was diagnosed, I will have soreness in my upper back, like between my shoulders.
