Well, I have lived with genial herpes for 1 year, but have not told a soul. I haven't told family or friends, not that i would be judged but I have already judged myself. Can I spread herpes while on Valtrex?

I have been taking valtrex religiously ever since my 1st out break (it was horrible). However, since then I've only had two-three noticeable outbreaks, which have been mild and have cleared up quickly.
