Depo & Herpes

So, I was thinking of as many ways as I could to lessen my outbreaks. I was wondering if anyone has known someone or experianced themselves that being on the depo shot provoked outbreaks. My OBs normally come at the same time my periods do. Haven't read anything about birthcontrol really provoking an OB but I just thought I'd ask...

16 & living with herpes.
