Q: IGG IGM Herpes test results and Chlamydia results : CONFUSED

I am confused about my test results, which were as follows :

"HSV1 Anitbody (IgG)   1:320    HSV1 Antibody (IgM)  <1:10

 HSV2  Antibody (IgG)  1:160    HSV2 Antibody (IgM)  <1:10

Chlamydia Antibodies IgG test, Serum   1:320

Chlamydia Antibodies IgM test, Serum   <1:10 "

First Doctor says "You have negative results for IgM on herpes and so you have no current infection, just a past infection. Your chlamydia result is negative."

Second doctor says same thing for herpes as first doctor, but says that the IgM is positive on chlamydia and gives me a course of Zithromax to cure it.

Now, it seems to me that the results are identical on IgM for both herpes and chlamydia. How can I be positive on one and negative on the other? Please help.
