im a male whos decently hairy i shave alot and i have four little bumbs now that dont seem to go away to offten i can pop them and they bleed. i donno if it ingrown hair or herpies

Go to your Doctor and get it checked on Monday. Also, DO NOT pop them. If it is herpes this is not good to do.
