Some people feel when they are going to have their outbreak. Usually it appears in the same location or close by, and before an outbreak it starts itching, tingling, and swelling whatever. This helps people to prevent it or lessen the duration in some cases by applying some gels. You've got only one outbreak and you just can not know it for sure (because of the lack of experience) if you are going to have the second one. In any case you may consider taking suppressive therapy. It reduces the number of outbreaks and chances of the virus transmission to your sex partners. Try to join http://stidatingclub.com/  they have thousand of people with herpes sharing their experience. You can find a lot of info and they have STD counselor online. See you...
