Q: i have painful sex at the start of it then its fine if i was to have a child could that make the pain worse? And could it make the labor harder?

i have a 18month old and ever since i had him it is painful at the start of intercorse and i want to have another child but im affaird it will make the pain worse at labor and make it hurt worse when i go to have intercorse
