Im not ever sure I have mouth herpes, it started with my lip splitting on the side and then the area surrounding it got rough then these red bumps started showing up like a small acne break out, they were spread out and only a few of them but I never got any blisters. it was just tiny red bumps made the area red and rough but I never got blisters. and its worrying me cause iv always had good skin maybe 3 or 5 pimples a year and now I get this I looked at pictures of mouth herpes on goodle and I couldn't find any that looked like what I have. if any one has any advise for me and the best over the counter treatment I should try please let me know.

I hurd from this chick that if you have a cold sore and you perform oral sex on a man or woman they will get genital herpes, is that true can you give some one genital herpes if u have herpes of the mouth and give them oral sex??
