My ex recently found out she has the HSV-2 Virus. Can you tell for how long?

I'm no doctor, but I just went through the same thing. I was tested because I was constantly getting yeast infections and my doctor asked me have I ever been test for Herpes, well I thought they give that to you when you have your annual exam done but they don't. Anyway I was positive and told my partner and he immidiately blammed me. I blammed him because he had cheated on me before, but once we both talked with our doctors we found out there is no way to tell how long you have had it. Number one people with it rarely have symtoms, and number two you can not see the virus or know you have it unless you specifically ask for that test. It's only one test to find out. Which is my problem, society forces people to take HIV test all the time but how come we never here about HSV. I was uneducated on this subject.

This is a situation I was put into. Except we had along distance affair.

Iwas being druged and raped. I started to feel ill, in july, by september I had a full out break. She would have known when she had a full out break. I was lucky, that year my partner and I only saw each other once, and it was in the carring stage, before the out break happened. For a female, the shame, the guilt, the anger that someome gave it to her, she may have been raped, that is why she is being vage about it.

The sad news, you may have it, it usually takes 3mths for a full out break. But if you are one of  these guys who does very little 4 play, and has a shower, straight after sex, you may have been lucky and advoided it.  But these actions alsomake the girl feel cheap, so you cant win either way.

Just go get tested to make sure, the doctor will do it easy since you had a partner with it at the  time.

Don't be like mine, I was worry sick, that I might have given it to him, he would not go to the  doctor, until I lost my tempter and said prove to me you didn't give it to me.

I was so happy, when he came back cleared.
