So i have 1 swore spot that looks like the skin is ripped off

So last saturday i found 1 bump on the base of my penis about 2 or 3mm. Well OSD kicked in, and i tryed to pop it; and i pretty sure i did, but pain kept me from looking till the next day. Now i have what looks like the skin ripped off swore spot. Idk if this is Herpes or any type of std ingeneral, because i haven't had any type of sex in the last 2 years and i havent had any swores inbetween then and now. And the last swore spot it had turned out to be an ingrown hair.
Normally, i would have just ignored it but its been this way for about 4 days now.
