Q: Am I HSV-1 positive now due to my partner? What is the transmission rate?

I dated my girlfriend for about a year and the relationship was intimate. Recently, she got a cold sore and tested positive for HSV-1. She said she didn't know it was herpes and said that she had fever blisters in the past. I did not engage in sexual activity when she had it and I broke up with her. Do I have HSV-1? What is the transmission rate if I were to get back together with her and engage in sexual activity when she does not have a cold sore? I have never had a cold sore in my life or tested positive for HSV-1 or 2 and I am 29 years old , very athletic, and in good health.
