Q: Is it possible to not get herpes from an infected partner with no symptoms.

I had unprotected sex with a female that had no symptoms of herpes. A couple days later she says she got tested and that she has it, but didnt know and never had symptoms. i know i didnt have it before because I only had sex with one other person and she just had a baby, and would now if she had it. I want to know if herpes pass everytime or is it possible by chance that I wont contract it. I am getting tested in a few days to be sure.

Well the asshole that I was dating didn't have any signs or symptoms either. He ended up going in for a check up, and he tested positive for genital herpes. Well he didn't mention that to me, so we did have unprotected sex. A couple of weeks later I started to feel really sick so then he decided once it was to late to tell me that he was tested positive. Well I went to my doctor and I too tested positive. So the answer to you question is yes you can get herpes even though your partner had no happened to me. But if your lucky you test negative which I really hope you do. Well if you don't mind will you let me know what happens? Good luck and God Bless!
