Q: Does the initial outbreak of genital herpes only occur on the genitals?

I ask this because I have a 1/4 inch diameter red spot about two inches up from the base of my penis on the outer wall of my stomach.  This spot is not on my penis rather it's on my stomach about two inches up from my penis.  There are no blisters.

I am male and heterosexual.  My partner from Friday was a female.  We did not engage in anal sex and we never do that anyway.   We did, however, enage in intercourse and oral sex.

On Friday I had sex.  Two days later, which was yeterday (Sunday), I shaved the area.  Today I develop the spot, which is red, tingly and itchy 1/4 round area but with no blisters.  So...since it's not on my penis should I be concerned that it is genital herpes?
