Both of us positive

My wife & I both recently tested positive for hsv-1. She had a genital outbreak (Only one that she's ever experienced, to her knowledge) & her Herpeselect igg number was 4.76 (hsv-2 was 0.01 negative) I've never experienced any kind of outbreak, that I know of, & my igg  number was 1.76 (hsv-2  0.25 negative). My question is, "Since we're both positive for the same strain, can we continue to have oral & genital sex as usual, or should we take any kind of precautions? Since she had a genital outbreak & I've had no symptoms orally or genitally, can I get an outbreak from her or vice/versa?
