Yes, you can have children.. You need to speak to you OB/GYN and an infectious disease doctor to find out if taking Valtrex during the time of attempting to conceive is a better and safer option fo rthe baby. You will also prbably be advised to have a C-section birth to avoid exposing the baby to possible herpes in the genital canal.
