It's probably your first outbreak. Symptoms are very similar. I had my first outbreak 2 months ago and can't get it to go away. Docs treated me for yeast infection, bacterial vaginosis, and all sorts of stuff but still having symptoms. Sometimes outbreaks aren't the typical sores and it appears the same as a yeast infection does... doctors didn't know what mine was obviously. now I'm trying to change my diet bc medication isn't working either :( let me know if you find anything that helps. ty
