Hi sammy,   Thanks for asking your question.  I'm not a doctor, so I can't give you medical advice, but I do have herpes, and often yeast infections, so maybe I can help.   How long have you had the yeast infection?  Sometimes I have bad yeast infections in which I have to go through two supplies of Monistat.  Has it been longer than that?  Also, the doctor can give you oral medication, so you may want to try that.  If you can't afford to see a doctor, try going to Planned Parenthood.     It's also possible you are having a herpes outbreak.  I wrote a SharePost called Genital Herpes and Yeast Infections that talks about my issues dealing with both, and how I can distinguish between the two when I'm having symptoms.  You should check it out.     If problems persist I'd see a doctor.     PJ
