i think everyone is different. i eat very healthy and i stoped eating things that have nuts in them because it seems for most people to cause outbreaks i also clean the area alot with peroxide it helped dry it up and go away a lot quicker.
but everyone is different so you need to find what helps you best. i also take vitamin c daily with the lysine.
