He is the one with the virus not me(if that makes a difference or not)just woundering if there is any med. he can take or anything we can do so at least once in awhile we could have intercoarse without a condom. for example not coming inside of me while no breakout and even wait the 7 days before and after a breakout.

yes take valtrex. Dont have sex on outbreaks.

The virus is passed FROM the previously infected area on him DURING intimate contact even without an outbreak present, not just bodily fluids. Even WITH a condom or a symptom free partner, you are always at risk. That's how I was infected.
