so i know for a fact that i have exema (skin rash) and i have had oral sex with a girl a few years back. i'm here right now because i have never had any type of rash appear on my penis or around it. however, i've had these rashy things on my legs and my stomach (sometimes).

I would go to the doctor and get tested for herpes. There is no way to tell you if you do or not unless you get tested. Herpes likes to break out in the areas of your mucus glands. Most of the time it can break in places like the penis, anus, eyes, nose, mouth, vagina, testies. Well you get my point. Sorry I am not more help...
