I have some unusual symtpoms that worry me. My penis and scrotum are both itchy on the surface and on the inside. There is some actual pain in my penis. Not severe, but disturbing. There are no visible sores or blisters and no pain with urination. It really feels like there is some kind of infection, but I haven't had sex in over six months, so I don't it's an STD. These symptoms just appeared recently and I don't know of any infections that would sit for that long without showing symptoms.

There are certain spots around the head of the penis that are more itchy than others, but again there are no blisters or even any redness (besides that caused by scratching or pinching to relieve the itching).
