I was diagnosed with genital herpes yesterday was curious about tricks to speed up the scabbing over and drying up process. I don't have a bath, only shower, and was wondering how I could use the salt bath method. Also, I know that Tea Tree Oil is a natural remedy for drying up topical conditions. Would you suggest that as well?

If you are a man - keep it dry. When you have an outbreak with open sores keep it covered with toilet paper which has a high starch content. Also using Baby powder has both helped speed upt he healing process and i think help as a preventative measure as well.
If you are a woman I'm not gonna be able to provide any insight beside keeping yourself as clean as possible.
