I have had an outbreak for 2 months. Please help?

I had my first outbreak In August and it hasn't gone away. I was treated for a yeast infection, bacterial vaginosis and then concluded that this is a side-effect of my depo shot which expires 10/22 and I'm still having symptoms. I've taken acyclovir 3x daily I've taken lysine 2x daily what else...
