I sometimes during work or prolonged activity get a sharp pain in my stomach, i have a lump on my testicles and am now having slight throbbing pains in my penis. I do not have any discharge or burning during urination no rashes, bumps, or discolorations, no pain during erection or after. someimes when coming up from squatting, it feels as if my scrotom is going to tear. also at my place of work there are slippery conditions so slipping causing legs and groin to split also causes very sharp pains. please help me identify what also this could possably be or mean
